Bagels and Cheese? Our Favorite Duo at The Hangar!

We’re happy to kick off the next stop in our pairing series with our favorite duo, bagels & cheese! To compliment the Spicy Fromage Blanc we have in our shop, we grabbed a fresh bagel from our friends, Cassidy’s Corner Cafe - right here at The Hangar.

Renowned for the ‘Best Bagels in Town’, Cassidy’s fresh selection pairs perfectly with any Fromage or Triple Creme available at Fior Di Latte Cheese Shop.

For this pairing, we went with a plain bagel to enhance the overall spiciness of the Fromage Blanc. However, combining this spreadable, artisan delight with any of Cassidy’s savory bagels would take the pairing to a whole new level!

A savory fan favorite from Cassidy’s Corner is the Everything Bagel - featuring a robust seasoning that is salty and flavorful with an added subtle crunch.
