Our vision


Fior Di Latte, translating from Italian to ‘flower of milk’ is commonly known as cow’s milk mozzarella. The term also references the cheesemaking process, where the end product is fresh and delicate, akin to a blossoming flower.

To us, ‘flower of milk’ symbolizes our process - starting with the artisan ingredients that we source locally and ending with the carefully curated selection of charcuterie boxes that we prepare daily.

Through our menu, we hope to take you on a journey that connects you local artisans, cheesemakers and new flavors, all within the heart of The Hangar.
